Currently, Platinum provides loans to Civil servants and employees of the Private sector, and will soon roll out asset finance products.

Job Summary: The Manager-Private Sector Loans will be tasked with achieving the sales performance of Private Sector Loans as communicated by Management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate should hold a degree in a relevant field.
· At least three years’ experience in leading teams preferably in banking or insurance.
· Broad knowledge and understanding of short term unsecured micro-loans.
· Familiarity with collections of unsecured loans.
· The applicants should have proven skills in building, developing and leading teams.
· Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Age: Between 27 years and 35 years
