Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· To display company’s products to enhance visibility and maximize shelf space.
· To maintain and promote a very good relationship with customers, floor managers and all key stake holders in the outlets visited.
· To service all outlets as per routing schedule.
· To monitor customer needs, maintain a good customer relationship and grow our customer base.
· To add value to our brand and protect the image of the company.
· To work in close collaboration with the sales representatives, sales managers, and delivery drivers
· To report on any competitor’s actions..
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant must hold a Diploma in Sales and Marketing OR Business related field.
· Knowledge of Distribution and Retail chains.
· Two to three years of related work experience in an FMCG sector.
· Other requisites:
· Ability to work under minimum supervision.
· Flexibility to work odd hours.
· Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment and self-driven.
· Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
· I.T proficient (MS Excel, Ms Word, Power point)
