Future Options Consulting Ltd is an online recruitment services which now seeks to recruit on behalf of its valued client mandated to facilitate investments in Uganda’s high potential renewable energy sector with particular focus on providing financial, technical and other support to renewable energy infrastructure development in Uganda.
Job Summary: The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will primarily develop and implement Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems focused on data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure performance monitoring, and measurement against set objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish and manage performance monitoring framework with clear-cut goals, outcomes, outputs, inputs, processes, indicators and identify the data needs and sources, and frequency.
Actively coordinate the implementation of baseline surveys, and M&E exercises.
Develop reporting templates that facilitate acquisition and aggregation of information on projects.
Coordinate the compilation and dissemination of Annual and Quarterly Reports.
Organize and coordinate reviews of project work plans.
Actively facilitate the documentation and reporting of assessments, project data, lessons learnt and best practices for internal and external sharing.
Develop and maintain effective information databases on projects.
Serve as a focal person for communication on company projects.
Key Performance Indicators:
Design and implement tools for monitoring the various projects of the company.
Produce Annual and Quarterly Reports on the performance of various projects in the company.
Put in place a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation Information System to manage information on all projects of the company.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The M&E Specialist should hold an Honours degree in a Business or Science related field from a recognised University. A post graduate qualification, with a bias in project management.
A minimum of five or more years working experience in Project Monitoring and Evaluation with a reputable organisation.
