Office Administrator : We are urgently seeking to fill the above position in our Head Office.

Key responsibilities
• General office administration duties
• Updating Student and client Files
• Ensuring that Lecturers keep time and are student focused.
• Welcoming and directing visitors and students.
• Ensuring that inquiries and messages are relayed effectively to staff members.
• Handling Potential Clients for Kitchen Equipment professionally till a sell is finalized.
• Giving Potential Students correct information on Courses available.
• Organizing workshops as directed by Executive Director.
• Carrying out Administration work in Workshops organized in Uganda.
• Keeping updated database of applicants as per profession.
• Organizing for Interview sessions with Clients and Candidates.
• Preparing interviews reports for clients.
• Handling Students Issues promptly.
Professional Qualification
• Diploma in Business Management/Secretarial or equivalent with 2 years similar Experience.
