Job Summary: The Office Administrator will give administrative support to the Head Office of both Impact Managements Solutions Africa and Impact Chefs Academy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· In charge of general office administration duties
· Updating Student and client Files
· Ensuring that Lecturers keep time and are student focused.
· Welcoming and directing visitors and students.
· Ensuring that inquiries and messages are relayed effectively to staff members.
· Handling Potential Clients for Kitchen Equipment professionally till a sell is finalized.
· Providing potential students correct information on Courses available.
· Organizing workshops as directed by Executive Director.
· Carrying out Administration work in Workshops organized in Uganda.
· Keeping updated database of applicants as per profession.
· Organizing for Interview sessions with Clients and Candidates.
· Preparing interviews reports for clients.
· Handling Students Issues promptly.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate for the Office Administrator vacancy should hold a Diploma in Business Management/Secretarial or equivalent
· At least two years of similar administrative experience.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, and Presentable,
· Good Public Relations skills
· Communication skills
· Great customer service and one who can work without supervision.
· Be mature and a result driven individual.
