Job Summary: The Office Manager will supervise all aspects of the office premises, assist with organizational programming, and serve as a host in facilitating shortterm volunteers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Program Director with all secretarial functions including, but not limited to, coordinating organizational meetings, conferences, assisting with the preparation of program materials and inputting data.
Oversee grounds upkeep and to manage guards.
The incumbent will be rendering support in accounting and administering the payment of all bills and utilities.
The incumbent will host and coordinate shortterm volunteers while in country
Technically support partner schools through immersion in the community
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate must hold a relevant Diploma. Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage
The applicant must also hold a valid UCE Certificate
Possession of one year of secretarial experience is an added advantage
Prior experience in the education sector is an added advantage
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Familiarity with basic computer skills
