The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) was established to implement the provisions of The UCC Act 2013 Laws of Uganda with a principal goal of developing a modern communications sub-sector and Infrastructure in Uganda, in conformity with the operationalization of the Telecommunications Policy.

Job Summary: The Officer, Learning and Development Administration will offer operational support in development and implementation of the Commission Human Resource policies and procedures for staff development

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate for the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) Officer, Learning and Development Administration job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences, Human Resources Management or Business Administration or a related field
· At least two years’ experience in supporting a training function in a similar corporate setting;
· Personal Competencies: Training and development, Business Alignment, Task Management, Integrity, Initiative & Innovation, Interpersonal skills and Good communication skills
