Job Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for the management of the field security operations, Treasuring and meeting PSG performance standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Tasked with the day-to-day management of the force.
The incumbent will actively engage with clients to meet their security requirements, in. Liaise with client and stakeholders to track current security problems and find solutions
Carry out performance appraisals of the force in liaison with other managers.
Overall management and direction of the Operational Support Team.
Deploy and responsible for all operational response teams, manage Mobile Incident Responders, Foot and truck Patrols
Conduct / arrange site surveys to identify risks and develop appropriate solution to do system design in order to meet customer needs.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s or relevant equivalent experience.
The ideal candidate should at least have five years experience in a similar role
Exposure to security and industry certification will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and liaison skills.
High degree of personal initiative and ability to drive the team to deliver success.
Highly flexible, organized and able to work under pressure and/or for long hours.
Confident, well presented with excellent attention to detail
A strong work ethic, focusing on respect for client deadlines.
Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in MS Office applications: Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
