About US:
Medicard International (U) Limited provides prepaid medical services to cliencts. They don’t own medical centres but have authorized clinics which serve their clients. We issue our clients with electronic ATM-like medicards that they present at the clinics to access treatment.

Job Summary: The Operations Officer will mainly ensure the smooth operations of medicard system by timely enrolling the clients and partner clinics into the system, supervising the efficient use and administration of the system.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation of medicard information management system and medicard standard operating procedures.
In charge of training and troubleshooting of medicard system.
Reconcile, sort and arrange all completed medicard applications
Enroll all applicants into the system and ensure timely issuance of medicards
Responsible for client relationship maintenance
Mentor and train new entrants on the system and ensure timely installation and implementation of the medicard system.
Implement medicard standard operating procedures and ensure that all medicard system inquiries are timely responded to.
Carry out monthly claims reconciliations and payments
In charge of the management of partner clinics
Participating in development and review of operations management strategy
Deploys all operating tools and ensures that they are efficiently used.
Providing accurate and periodic sales reports
In charge of administering the medicard information system

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The Operations Officer should preferably hold a Bachelor of Business Administration or business related course with bias in accounting. Possession of a Diploma in Business Computing or Accounting preferred
Excellent communication skills
Prior operations management experience
Advanced computer knowledge
Good trainer and can easily understand complex systems
Attention to detail and thoroughness
Possession of a valid riding/driving permit is an added advantage
