Future Options Consulting Ltd is an online recruitment services which now seeks to recruit on behalf of its valued Client, a Non-Governmental Organisation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit periodic procurement performance reports in line with the Procurement policy, guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Source for items required by customers and oganisation.
Responsible for procuring items as per the purchase requisition generated in ERP and based on day to day customer requirements
Actively monitor and manage supplier performance and advice management on any potential risks.
Evaluate supplier performance and submit report to line manager for appropriate action.
Maintain an updated data bank of standard contract forms and other procurement related data and information.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, BCOM, Procurement, and Logistics. Pharmacy, or Nursing, in any other relevant/related field
Professional qualifications in Chartered Institute of Procurement (CIPS) is a must/requirement
A minimum of three years’ experience in a busy procurement environment
Skills and knowledge in Forecasting and Quantification
Excellent communication skills
Good analytical Skills
Risk management skills and knowledge
