Job Summary:
To provide overall leadership in the execution of project activities in close collaboration with the district leaders, Civil Society Organizations, International and local partners, Authorities and other service providers.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
A Master’s in Project Planning and Management or other related disciplines.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Project Management or other related disciplines.
Post-Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management or other related disciplines.
Competence in computer skills is a must (Ms Word and Ms Excel).
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in managing a project budget successfully.
Fluent in oral and written English.
