About US:
Angels Haven is a foreign NGO, one of Korea’s representative social welfare organization, which was established in 1959 and has been operating orphanage, shelter for disabled people, special education school, rehabilitation hospital, rehabilitation sports center, welfare center for seniors, shelter for homeless mother and children, and shelter for people released from prison. Angels Haven has run a project in Kyenjojo District with the support of Korean government since 2009, and Kabarole District has been included since 2010. These projects include educational and empowerment for people in Kyenjojo and Kabarole District.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· In charge of mobilizing all stakeholders for developing leadership curriculum
· The incumbent will be planning for workshops
· In charge of implementing leadership program in primary and secondary schools
· Responsible for planning for training teachers
· Compiling and submitting reports
· Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The Programme Manager should preferably hold a degree in Education, Development studies and / or Social development
· At least two years NGO experience is preferable
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Advanced Computer skills (MS Excel and MS Word)
· Possess a valid Driver’s License (not necessary, but preferable)
· Language: Fluent English & Rutooro
