Job Summary:
Reporting to the Program Manager, the role holder will produce the required project outputs in accordance with the time, cost, quality, scope, risk, and benefit performance goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Undertake day to day management of the project, working within constraints determined by the board.
Plan team tasks, monitor and review outputs within set timelines.
Create and update all relevant project documents as required by the Project Management Office.
Manage the allocated projects to ensure they are delivered on time, scope, quality within budget and meet the objectives set.
Report project status to project board, Program Manager, and other key stakeholders.
Review project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
Provide the respective project resources with the correct toolsets and processes, train and equip them to deliver their projects successfully.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Commerce, Business Administration or, Business Statistics or another related field.
Certification or Training in Project Management.
Lean Six Sigma Certification or Training is an added advantage.
Four years of working experience and at least one to two years’ experience in Project Management.
Proficient project management software (JIRA, MS Project Office etc.).
Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
Adept at Financial Technology.
Must exhibit enthusiasm and the ability to influence stakeholders.
