Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance of the collection unit on having debt card/recovery trail on customer’s account.
Ensure all required bad debt support is on File and Uploaded onto the system.
Monitor the Quality of support documents.
Liaise with Regional Collection Officers to ensure timely receipt of all bad debt support from votes/employers.
Analyse data and develop reports and make recommendations to management and other stake holders.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Platinum Credit (U) Ltd Recoveries Compliance Officer job must hold a Degree in a relevant field.
One year of experience in a similar position/ any other collections related role preferably in financial institution.
Supervisory skills
Computer knowledge.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Age: Between 26-33 years
