Job Summary: The Risk Advisors will be responsible for implementation of marketing and selling initiatives and collaboration of business development strategies to build and establish a strong brand identity for ultimate sales, business growth and profitability performance. They will be paid on a commission basis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospect and schedule meetings with potential clients
Follow up on pipelines, quotations and renewals
Assess client needs and advise them on suitable products, pricing and any other required information
Ensure timely Premium Collections and receipting of Client Premiums
Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders
Avail client servicing through timely delivery of all documentation and follow-up with customers on all unresolved issues
Maintain strong company product knowledge, policy features
Maintain consistency in production and Sales performance
Maintain and keep appropriate records of clients
Collect market information and send feedback
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicants for the Risk Advisor jobs should hold at least hold a diploma in business or related field from a reputable institution (C.O.P qualification, marketing experience and or training in sales/marketing, research will be an added advantage).
Good working knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Programmes
Effective communication and presentation skills with fluency in English
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Persistence, Enthusiasm & Aggressiveness
Excellence at building Contacts, networking and creating long-term relationships
Good negotiation skills
Visionary, Strategic & Creative
Should be smart and presentable
