Senior Sales Manager – Agri Exim – Kampala

Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager will plan and develop creative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Review the existent sales strategies and Design new improvement strategies
· Analytics: conducting research and analyse market trends to aid on decision making
· Identifying opportunities in the market and understanding the market and competitive environment.
· Relationship development and maintenance of relationships.
· Knowledge and Opportunity: identify and develop new market opportunities for the business.
· Collaboration: play a collaborative role, partnering up with the finance department to ensure availability of sufficient funds

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant must hold a BBA, Business Management, Marketing, or any other related field
· A minimum of five years of experience in a sales position within edible oils manufacturing industry, preferably as a Sales Manager.
