NBL imports and distributes Castle Lager and Grolsch in Uganda.

Job Summary: The incumbent will offer strategic business planning information, coordination and other support services efficiently and effectively to ensure sustainable business competitiveness.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Business Reporting
· Strategic Business Planning, including preparation of annual budgets and annual budget monitoring
· In charge of Competitor Monitoring
· Modeling pricing scenarios to reveal potential margin risks and opportunities
· Coordinate product, demand and supply review sessions with input from appropriate stakeholders
· Support the company’s Licence to Trade
· In charge of conducting market insight analyses

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant should preferably hold a Degree in Economics, Business Management with some knowledge of statistics
· A minimum of six to eight years working in FMCG, financial services or marketing research industry
· Prior experience and success managing projects
· Detailed knowledge and understanding of Business strategy, processes, budgeting and priority setting
· Excellent statistical skills and ability to drive statistical projects to completion
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business solutions
· Possess the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity simultaneously
· Possess the ability to build positive relationships with internal clients, hub and research suppliers
· Ability to manage direct, develop and motivate internal customers
· Strong project management and organizational skills;
· Ability to deliver requests with a fast turnaround time and prioritize independently
· Ability to exercise professional judgment and assume responsibility for decisions that impact quality of delivery/ outcomes for the business
· Ability to coordinate multi-functional strategies and tactics
· Strong influencing and negotiation skills Innovative, critical thinker
· Self-motivated and self-monitored, results orientated
· Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure
· Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Ability to work both independently and in conjunction with external or satellite teams
