Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise guards on duty on a 24-hour basis
The incumbent will also ensure staffing, scheduling and on-site training of guards
Ensure that training and screening elements for guards have been met
Ensure quality of service through regularly inspecting and auditing each facility assigned to his/her area.
Actively participate in selection and placement of guards to sites in his/her area.
Must ensure force discipline
Conduct and / or oversee all training for guards reporting
Determine and prepare appropriate training programs specific to local customer needs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably possess Diploma in any field from a reputable University / College.
At least five years of law enforcement experience
Service in either military or police forces
Experience in private Security company
Proof of service is required.
Effective oral and written communication skills
Active listening skills
Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
Ability to operate radio equipment.
