They are a leading Regional Micro Finance Company providing emergency loans to employed individuals in Eastern Africa with a branch network in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. Platinum Credit (U) Ltd has introduced a new product available to formally employed persons working in the Private Sector.
Job Summary: The Training Manager will support Platinum Credit (U) Ltd by taking overall responsibility for all training and educational activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Tasked with training needs analysis.
In charge of course and Curricula development.
Responsible for conducting training.
Tasked with training of trainers.
In charge of monitoring and controlling of training in the organisation.
Monitoring and controlling coaching and mentoring in the organisation.
Formulating and implementing training strategies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field from a recognized University.
Possession of a Master’s degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
At least five years of related experience in a similar position.
Computer knowledge.
Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Training areas: Selling Skills, Communication Skills, Personal Development (Soft skills) and Team Building facilitation.
