Job Summary: The Production Supervisor will ensure smooth coordination of the manufacturing process by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work flow

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Keenly monitor and supervise the activities of the production assistants assigned
Maintain work flow on the production lines by observing control points and equipment output.
Provide support in scheduling and assigning work to production assistants.
Ensure that all production & operating standard procedures are being followed
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Manage production assistant discipline & grievances
Offer support in monitoring attendance of production employees.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidates for the Movit Products Limited (MPL) Production Supervisor careers should hold A’ level certificates
At least two years work-related experience as a production supervisor.
Broad knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, techniques and principles.
Good supervisory skills.
Coordinating, planning and organising ability.
High level SOPs understanding.
Good computer skills.
High moral ethics and a team player.
Attention to detail.
Reliable, assertive and focused.
