Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation – Uganda (Baylor -Uganda) is a private not for profit NGO that provides: HIV/AIDS care, treatment and prevention services; maternal child health services; Health Professional training and Clinical Research.

Job Summary: The Coordinator Nursing Services will be responsible for the development and monitoring of the implementation of systems and guidelines for providing nursing services at COE in line with the Nurse Unit mission

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s (honors) degree in Nursing from a recognised institution with a post graduate qualification
· Additional training in research and HIV/AIDs with ART management is an added advantage
· A minimum of five years’ experience as a Nurse with at least three years at a supervisory / coordination level
· Excellent team and communication skills
· Skills in networking and partnerships
· Highly dynamic, persuasive and convincing
· Highly self- motivated and able to demonstrate high initiative.
