About Us:
Windle Trust Uganda is a registered NGO whose primary mission is to equip refugees and others affected by conflict in Africa to meet the challenges of development through providing access to education, training, and employment opportunities by advocacy and direct programme activity. Windle Trust Uganda has been a leading provider of access to university education, post-primary education, and vocational training for conflict-affected Africans since 1996.

Job Summary: The Principal will actively coordinate and provide technical and professional guidance to the management of a Vocational Training Centre.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage and provide support to staff and ensure high service delivery.
· Overseeing the centre and ensure that all tutors are carrying out their roles.
· Build and maintain strong professional working relationships with parents, students, UNHCR, Implementing Partners,
· In charge of developing effective working relationships with direct reports, higher management and peers and seek area of synergy in order to maximize outputs.
· Ensure smooth management of the institution.
· Ensure that all funds are appropriately utilized.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelors’ degree in technical education, Certificate in technical teacher education, Certificate in management training.
· The candidate should have exceptional communication skills
· Ability to multi task and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
