Curriculum Specialist BTVET – Agriculture Education – Kampala – National Curriculum Development Centre

About NCDC:
National Curriculum Development Centre is a corporate body under the Ministry of Education and Sports. It is responsible for inter-alliance development of curricula and related materials for various level of education (i.e. Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary), organising capacity building courses for stakeholders on curricula and matters related to curriculum development.

Job Summary: The Curriculum Specialist BTVET – Agriculture Education will develop curricula and curriculum related materials.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant should hold a Master’s degree in Agriculture Science/ Agriculture Extension or related field Bachelor of Agriculture science or Bachelor of Vocational Education (Agriculture option) or Bachelor of Education (Agriculture double main) Diploma in Agriculture from a recognized Agriculture college
At minimum of five years teaching Agriculture in a recognized institution. Teaching experience in a Farm School/ Institute or Community Polytechnic will be of an added advantage.
Additional certificate in Agriculture (Crop/ Animal/ Agriculture Mechanization option)
Computer literacy skills

Age: 30-50 Years
