IAA Healthcare is the leading Health membership Organisation in Uganda that offers comprehensive Health Insurance packages to individuals, families and corporate organizations.
Job Summary: The Commission Sales Agents will be tasked with selling IAA Healthcare’s new family Insurance packages.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify new clients, schedule meetings with potential clients and follow up on the developed
Assess client needs and advise them on suitable options, pricing and any other required
Build and strengthen working relationships with key business stakeholders.
Avail client servicing through timely delivery of all documentation and follow-up with customers
Maintain strong knowledge of all company products and policy features, industry competitors.
Maintain consistency in production and performance.
Maintain and keep appropriate records of your clients.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicants for the IAA Healthcare Commission Sales Agent vacancies should hold Bachelor’s degrees/diplomas from reputable institutions. Applicants with C.O.P qualification will have an added advantage
Two years’ experience in service sales with proven record of performance
Computer literacy i.e. knowledge and application of computer programs especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Effective communication and presentation skills with fluency in English
Demonstrated successful working experience and or training in marketing, research or other
The applicants should have an impeccable desire to excel in a highly rewarding and attractive sales environment.
Prior experience in medical insurance industry will be an added advantage.
Age: Between 22 – 40 years
