The Direct Sales Representative will identify potential buyers of M-KOPA products, and offer client satisfaction in accordance with M-KOPA Solar Standard Operational Procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales & client relationships.
DSR will sell M-KOPA products through generating quality leads by contacting potential buyers.
Client follow-up: Contact existing clients and offer/get: Replacements; Upgrades; Referrals.
Offer timely support to the Service team in preventing and solving cases.
Attend weekly SC and Monthly meetings.
Provide daily sales update on sales prospects to the supervisor.
Prepare and adhere to weekly work plan.
Dedicate at least 75% time to M-KOPA work and meet minimum monthly sales target.
Able to recruit sub agents and Scouts.
Able to give correct information to the both existing and new buyers.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicants should have sales and marketing experience with good customer care skills.
