Description:
Our client is a Real Estate management company with 13 years’ experience and is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified a motivated Property Sales Consultant. This position reports directly to the General Manager and Company Directors
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Appraise property using local comparisons and add value to the existing one
Provide financial information and analytical data to the potential buyer
Visit and show available homes and explain features of homes to the potential buyer
Discuss costs of maintaining residence and possible renovations with client.
Determine best method of purchase and review financials
Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads
Take lead and facilitate acquisition transactions by ensuring all paperwork completion
Connect buyer to the bank and financial institutions for mortgage arrangement
Create and cultivate relationships with buyers and sellers for future purchases and transactions by referring the referral approach
Have all properties inspected thoroughly and identify possible repairs / rectification
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
Work with loan officers, attorneys, and agencies to complete purchase.
Review sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity
To determine areas needing cost reduction and quality focused follow up on probable buyer
Direct and coordinate activities concerned with sales of policies
Customer relations
Daily and monthly repots
Company representation
Fluent spoken English, Luganda and Kiswahili are added advantage
Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties
Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
Target and result oriented (Effectively achieving set sales targets by actively and proactively identifying of opportunities)proactively and continuously deliver service excellence
Manage own sales performance and implementing corrective actions to achieve target objectives
Proactively driving sales through a combination of advertising, customer referrals and viral marketing (word of mouth)
Ensured to contribute to the profitability of the organization by meeting individual sales targets set by management within time frame
Attend the daily planning and review meetings
Marketing and selling product, make sales prospects and Maintain customer relationship and compliant handling on time
Performance and attendance issues are addressed at the correct time, in accordance with policies and procedures
Field assessment of new contract and making reports on occurrences
ADDED PREFERENCES:
Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Business skills
Certificate in valuation
Certificate in any management training Programme / degree
Knowledge about regulatory bodies and practices
A bit of construction knowledge
