Sales executive – Jude Color Solutions – Kampala

Principle Responsibilities
Aggressively grow sales volumes.
Develop intimate knowledge of Jude Color Solutions Products.
Create and maintain an up to date database of existing and potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales of assigned leads, referrals etc plus those sourced through own effort
Execute pre- defined sales and route plans for the assigned clients
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, attend to customers and customer queries and take prompt corrective action
Effectively plan own activities to ensure that sales and revenue targets are met and unproductive time is minimized
Attend weekly and monthly meetings as required
Complete required weekly reports and timeously submit them to the sales team leader as required.
Collect data on current industry trends and competitor status.
And any other duties assigned from time to time by the team leader.
