Sales Manager – Kampala – CiplaQCIL

Job Summary: The Sales Manager has the responsibility for setting and executing the sales strategy to ensure achievement of the overall company plan.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve sales volume, and KPI objectives
Establish, maintain and expand the company customer base
Define clear objectives and plans to manage the achievement of the sales strategy
Ensure that sales training, performance and development programmes are well embedded
Responsible for managing the company sales operations and programmes
Ensure compliance and adherence with pharmaceutical regulations, safety and environment
Create and manage plans and programmes to the highest standards by which the company sales strategy is to be achieved

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy or related fields
At least five years’ demonstrable experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performances and market trends information.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a Sales Team coupled with the experience to develop marketing and sales strategies.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
