Job Summary: The Sales Manager – Secured Loans will achieve sales performance of secured loans as communicated by Management

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· In charge of analysing applicants’ financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting a loan.
· Responsible for determining authenticity of collateral in line with company rules and policies.
· The job holder will be tasked with building, developing and leading teams.
· Clear understanding of security perfection for logbooks.
· Familiarity with collections of loans secured with logbooks.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in a relevant field.
· At least three years’ experience in leading teams preferably in banking or insurance.
· Broad knowledge and understanding of security perfection for logbooks.
· Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
