Job Summary: The Sales Medical Representative directly represents Mylan one of our esteemed suppliers through Kimsy Meds ltd to Prospects and Customers. He/ She will actively contribute to the broad marketing strategy across the country.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will identify Sales and marketing opportunities in the territories assigned to improve sales as per the assigned product portfolio.
Tasked with gathering competitor information and conducting market research for comparative analysis.
In charge of assessing the client’s needs and providing suitable promoting products to clients for better positioning of the company in the market.
Work closely with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe company products through use of effective selling skills.
Work with the entire sales team as well as the Line managers to set targets, developing strategies for implementation to ensure achievement of the set targets.
Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting, follow-up and feedback purposes.
Making presentations to doctors, nurses, Pharmacists among others through organising conferences, CME’s among others.
Provide support in managing of the budget to ensure that funds are utilised as specified.
Playing the primary role of Inventory management for products ensuring no expiries or stock outs.
Tasked with monitoring and analysing of market data and conditions to identify competitive advantage.
Maintaining knowledge of new developments and communicating the same to management including both negative and positive impacts on the company as a whole.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Nursing, and Microbiology.
At least five years of related experience in a reputable company.
Proficiency skills in Computer Usage
Good communication skills both Oral and written
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
