Overall Purpose
Meet and exceed financial/sale targets.
Achieving growth by successfully managing the team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and team performance monitoring.
Leading and Supervising – 40%
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
· recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the team
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Formulating strategies and concepts – 20%
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
· Identify emerging markets and market trends while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
· Collecting and analysing competitors and coming with up with ideas on how to beat them.
· Establishing and managing effective programs to mentor, coach, appraise and train sales staff.
Relating and Networking – 10%
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer and staff (sales teams) relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Builds wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organisation.
1. Excellent communication ( Oral and written) and presentation skills
2. Knowledge of MS Office applications
3. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or its equivalent
2 – 3 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing, consultative selling experience is an added advantage
