Job Summary: The Territory Sales In-charge will be responsible for the overall management of 1 or 2 distributors within the allocated region and to ensure that all business operations at the distributor level. The incumbent will be tasked with achieving Primary and Secondary Targets and ensure retail coverage as per Route and beat plan. The incumbent will be ensuring proper stock levels and visibility at trade.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant should preferably hold a degree or Diploma in Business Management.
· The ideal candidate must possess at least three to four years’ FMCG / Telecom distribution experience
· The applicant should possess relevant skills in Managing Distributors
· Skills and knowledge of Process Compliance
· Candidate must have arithmetic knowledge
· Demonstrated ability to analyze the data with good presentation and data management skills. Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in MS Office i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint
