Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Logistics/Fleet Assistant provides technical administration for the vehicle fleet and supervisory support to workshops
The incumbent will provide support compiling technical vehicle specification and maintenance schedules in cooperation with Fleet Officer, workshops and suppliers
Trains drivers and programmes regular inspections on fleet & contracted vehicles to confirm drivers are carrying out legal responsibilities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Transport & Logistics, Business Administration, Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
At least two years of relevant experience in fleet management.
Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in MS office programs such Excel.
